Helga Priscilla is an Advocate at the firm. She obtained a Bachelor of laws from Uganda Christian University, Mukono, Uganda and a Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre, Uganda. Her practice area interests and focus are in Corporate and Commercial law, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Intellectual Property, Labour and Employment law, Oil and gas and Family law. She has particular experience in civil litigation, providing company secretarial services and other related commercial transactions.
